Intellectual Property Rights
The client receives full ownership and copyright of the final deliverables (such as website design, graphics, or code) only after the invoice is paid in full. Until full payment is received, kargi agency retains complete ownership of all created materials.

Portfolio and Marketing Usage
kargi agency reserves the right to display the completed projects, designs, and analytical results in our public portfolio, social media, and case studies to demonstrate our expertise.

Limitation of Liability & Guarantees
kargi agency does not guarantee specific financial profits, sales targets, or guaranteed search engine rankings. Digital marketing results depend on market fluctuations. Furthermore, kargi agency holds zero liability if third-party platforms — such as Facebook, Google, or web hosting providers — suspend accounts, block campaigns, or cause website downtime due to their independent policies or technical failures.
